www.onehitko.com was founded in December of 2009 by Ed as www.teamomar.com.  He created it as a way to communicate with members of his team, “Team Omar.”

Team Omar is a group of elite Pokémon trainers wandering the region striving to be the very best like no one ever was.

From these humble beginnings, the site grew from a way for a couple people to communicate to a world wide Pokemon TCG news and discussion website. 

The main author of this website, Pikkdogs, was added to the group in the spring of 2010 and nobody has gotten him to stop writing articles since. 

The website is now focused on giving beginners great news and strategy articles, as well as deck and card discussions.
